Personal Helper Service was introduced in the Central Library in July, 2005. It is available for
the visually impaired and heavily handicapped visitors to make library use easier every weekday.
In full-time of the opening hours, according to the timetable, a
librarian is appointed to attend everybody who needs help for using library services. The librarian on duty informs the visitors on the services, shows them the areas in the Library (reading rooms, Browsing Department, etc.) and help them to use the proper books and appliances (photocopier, computers, etc.).
You may make claims known at the
reception desk (desk clerk) or
by phone (411-5000 / 5222).
