Certificate of borrowing

2011-04-14 18:10:59

When you borrow anything or renew something personally, a certificate is printed with the following data on it:

- reader’s name
- bar code
- expiry date of the library card
- number of documents and the author’s name, title of the document, inventory number and due date
- date of borrowing
- reader’s name and signature

Signing the certificate, the reader acknowledges the fact of borrowing. Subsequent complaints are refused.

Earlier due dates are not prolonged automatically.

Borrowing is not permitted for those who have debts in documents or money.
